At Nish Hair, we strive for perfection; however, due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the security seal remains intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the unopened product.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, safely pack the extensions in their original box; our team will review the photos to ensure the hygiene seal is unbroken.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  We will coordinate a courier pickup from your address, or in certain locations, provide you with the shipping details to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Store Credit or Exchange

  After a physical inspection of the returned item, we will issue store credit or ship your preferred exchange item within 3-5 business days.
